This home is built with structurally insulated panels over a steel frame, clad in corrugated aluminum siding for durability and a clean, modern look. The interior walls are finished in stucco, and both floors feature radiant heating for efficient, consistent warmth. Multiple skylights, including a 25-foot span, bring in ample natural light. The rooftop is finished with Riverstone pebbles and planter boxes designed to complement the siding. Our team also managed the installation of the exterior boulder retaining walls and the construction of a koi pond to complete the landscape.
